The parties discussed the new Constitution and transition to the Parliamentary model, the Parliamentary agenda and its role in foreign policy.
The Speaker emphasized importance of Parliamentary diplomacy and multilateral formats and introduced the main changes envisaged under the new Constitution.
Speaking about the parliamentary agenda, the Speaker underlined the Constitutional reform and importance of close cooperation with international partners. He highlighted that absolute agreement is achieved in the Parliament about the foreign political priorities.
On behalf of the Parliament, the Speaker reaffirmed commitment for cooperation with the Foreign Ministry and Georgian Embassies.
