The Supervisory Council at the LEPL Research Center of the Parliament held the meeting headed by the Speaker, Archil Talakvadze.
The meeting was dedicated to definition of the ongoing and future activity of the Center, including the personnel and the salaries.
The Director of the Center, Giorgi Khelashvili delivered the report.
The Council members discussed the Center activity, future strategy and made the decision on approval of the personnel.
The Center has been established in 2019 in the Parliament in view of facilitation to efficiency of the legislative process and analytical activity.
The Center aims at prompt provision of MPs and Committees with timely, competent and politically impartial analytical information about the legislative process, democratic oversight activity and other aspects of Parliamentary activity.
