On February 11-12, Tsinandali will host the working meeting to discuss the Bill.
The meeting is attended by MPs, executive authorities, judges, NGOs for consumers’ rights, business and academic circles, as well as the experts.
The Bill aims at provision of high standard of protection of consumers’ rights, definition of the rights of the consumers and determination of state policy, as well as the legal mechanisms, the conduct culture based on respect of consumers and facilitation to fair competition.
The Bill derives from EUAA obligations and envisages best EU experience. It is based on EU directives.
