The Chair of the Education, Science and Culture Committee, Mariam Jashi attended the 75th jubilee of the scientist of the National Academy of Sciences, Doctor, philanthropist, founder of the Academy of Radiologists of Georgia, the Vice Speaker of the 7th Term Parliament, Pridon Todua.
The attendees spoke about the merits of the professor.
“Mr. Todua together with other figures of medicine has created the new era especially in the diagnostics and radiology. I had the honor to have the professional cooperation with Mr. Todua. He has established the Scientific Research Center of Clinical Medicine and inculcated the first CAT opportunity in Georgia. During the activity in the Ministry of Health Care and the Solidarity Fund, I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Todua who has personally contributed in diagnosing and treating the children with cancer. I would like to confirm my respect to this person. He was a professional and I am glad that the Clinical Medicine Center continues to operate. It will be the best commemoration of Mr. Todua to further develop this Center”, - M. Jashi noted.
The event was attended by the academicians, doctors, executive authorities and the family members of P. Todua.
