- This result is achieved only when the Member of Parliament, in regards with certain issue upon the voting, addresses the Organizational Department to register his/her voice as 'did not vote'.
- 'Did not vote/was absent' - the hereof voting system does not allow MPs to register their abstention from voting and at the same time, does not allow to differ 'did not vote' and was absent'.
- This result is achieved only when the Member of Parliament, in regards with certain issue upon the voting, addresses the Organizational Department to register his/her voice as 'did not vote'.
