Anri Okhanashvili, Chairman of the Legal Issues Committee, met with Lana Morton-Owens, Legal Advisor at the US Embassy, and Evan Elliot, Embassy Representative.

The parties talked about the future plans, the implementation of which is envisaged in the legislature from the spring session.

"I briefed the representatives of the US Embassy on the processes that will take place from the beginning of the spring session of the Committee, both in terms of legislation and the election of officials. We also reviewed the plans we will work on in 2022. We have good experience of cooperating with the Embassy and we will continue to work closely on many issues in the future. At the meeting we agreed on the particular steps which we will follow on various projects”, - Anri Okhanashvili stated after the meeting.
