Meeting of Archil Talakvadze with Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Georgia, Petr Kubernat

The Vice Speaker of the Parliament, Archil Talakvadze met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic in Georgia, H.E. Petr Kubernat.
The parties talked about Georgia's integration into the European Union, cooperation between the two countries' parliaments, and future plans.
"Georgia's aspiration for integration into the European Union has received strong support from the Czech Republic, for which I expressed my gratitude to Mr. Petr Kubernat. The ambassador informed me that the Czech Republic is willing to share its experience with us in the future, which will greatly assist us on our path towards European Union membership. Additionally, we discussed various projects that the Czech state is currently implementing in Georgia, spanning different sectors, and Mr. Ambassador conveyed his commitment to continuing these projects. Furthermore, our conversation touched upon the current political situation in Georgia, along with matters related to the upcoming 2024 parliamentary elections. Georgia remains dedicated to further strengthening its democracy", - Archil Talakvadze commented after the meeting.
