The topic of today’s briefing by the Member of Parliament, the Leader of "Kartuli Dasi”, Jondo Baghaturia was the draft changes subject to adoption to the State Budget 2011.

As the MP stated, the Government seeks for the right to take I billion USD foreign debt in total: 500 million USD from the Asia Development Bank for bankrolling the urban service improvement project and 500 million USD to issue domestic and foreign securities (Eurobond), when only 9 million GEL is allocated for agricultural development. "The promise of the President and the Government given to the Parliament regarding allocation of 150 million GEL from the budget for agricultural development is not fulfilled. The fulfillment of this promise would entail creation of additional high-paid vacancies”, - Jondo Baghaturia noted.
