The Vice-Speaker, Head of the Permanent Parliamentary Child Council, David Sergeenko held a meeting with the UNICEF Regional Advisor for Finances, Alberto Musatti.

The parties discussed further ways of enhancement of cooperation. As noted, Georgia has recently taken significant steps for bolstering its relations with UNICEF conditioning the visit of Mr. Musatti to Georgia.

“Enhancement of our cooperation is expressed in our aspiration to launch new joint projects to facilitate us in the formation of the system approach; it will allow us to take further steps for the improvement of the welfare of the children”, - D. Sergeenko stated.
