David Sergeenko, Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Georgian Parliament to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation met with Asaf Hajiyev, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, and Cemal Ozturk, Vice President for Financial Affairs.

According to David Sergeenko, this format enables the 13 countries that make up the Black Sea basin to collaborate more closely in a variety of ways.

"Because of the current war in Ukraine, such talks and reconciliation of perspectives have become increasingly vital. As a result, this visit is critical, as it will allow us to raise a number of issues”, - David Sergeenko stated.

Ramaz Nikolaishvili, a member of Georgia's Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, was also present on the Georgian side.
