The Vice-Speaker, David Sergeenko held an introductory meeting with the newly appointed ambassador of Armenia, H.E. Ashot Smbatyan to discuss the prospects for deepening the bilateral relationship between the countries.

"We underlined the centuries-old friendship of our countries and the willingness expressed by both sides to bring the existing cultural, scientific, and educational relations to a qualitatively new level”, - Davit Sergeenko commented after the meeting.
