Meeting of David Songulashvili with the Deputy Minister of Economy and Innovation of Lithuania

The Chair of the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee, David Songulashvili held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Economy and Innovation of Lithuania, Jovita Neliupšienė.
At the working meeting, the parties discussed the active bilateral trade-economic relations and expressed commitment to further actively cooperating. As noted, the potential of the economic cooperation shall be at a maximal extent utilized, which means the increased trade turnover, increased interest of Lithuanian business circles in Georgia, attraction of investments and enhancement of sector cooperation. The parties outlined the respective cooperation plans.
According to J. Neliupšienė, Lithuania actively works in Georgia for investment in various spheres perceiving Georgia as an attractive country. The Lithuanian politician reaffirmed the intact support of Lithuania to the sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as the EU and NATO integration of Georgia.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Lithuania to Georgia, H.E. Andrius Kalindra.
