David Songulashvili together with Parliamentary Delegation Visiting State of Qatar

David Songhulashvili, Chairman of the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee and Head of the Georgia-Qatar Parliamentary Friendship Group, along with other members of Parliament, is currently visiting the State of Qatar.
During their visit, the Georgian MPs held meetings with various officials, including Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim, Chairman of Qatar's Consultative Assembly (Parliament); Hamda bint Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Deputy Chair; Yousef bin Ali Al-Khater, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee; Mohamed bin Yousuf Al-Mana, Chairman of the Economic Committee; and Mohd bin Fahad Al-Mesallam, head of the Friendship Group.
Discussions during these meetings focused on the investment environment in Georgia and opportunities for business growth. Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening economic cooperation between their respective countries. They also highlighted the role of legislative bodies in promoting trade and tourism cooperation.
Qatari officials expressed their support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders.
Members of the Georgia-Qatar Parliamentary Friendship Group, including Gela Samkharauli, Viktor Sanikidze, Gocha Enukidze, Irakli Zarkua, Irma Zavradashvili, and Rima Beradze, participated in the meetings. Teimuraz Keresselidze, Charge d'Affaires of the Georgian Embassy in Qatar, was also present.
