The Chair of the Culture Committee, Eliso Bolkvadze, held a meeting with the Chair of the Education, Culture, and Science Committee of the Parliament of Latvia, Agita Zariņa-Stūre, and other committee members during her official visit to the Republic of Latvia.

During the meeting, both parties discussed the prospects for strengthening the existing relations and enhancing cooperation between the parliamentary committees of their respective countries. Special attention was given to Latvia's art education system, which serves as a successful model for the ongoing art education reform in Georgia.

This meeting, hosted at the Parliament of Latvia, was also attended by Baia Kvitsiani, a member of the Culture Committee, and Irakli Kurashvili, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Latvia.
