We want to introduce the Bill for the enforcement of the Constitutional Court Order and the persons still detained, deriving from the retrospective principle of the Law, shall be released. We appeal to the society to see to this decision and the release of these people who were illegally arrested on the basis of the Constitutional Court Order”, - he stated.
