The head of the friendship group with the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kakha Kakhishvili, held an introductory meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan, H.E. Malik Murzalin.

The parties reviewed the directions of political and economic cooperation between the two countries and discussed the prospects of deepening inter-parliamentary relations.

It was noted at the meeting that Georgia and Kazakhstan are connected by partnership relations, which are based on the principles of equality and mutual respect.

According to Kakha Kakhishvili, it is important that the cooperation and communication between the inter-parliamentary friendship groups become even more dynamic, which will contribute to the deepening of relations between the legislative bodies, as well as to finding and supporting new directions of cooperation between the two countries.
