L. Berdzenishvili called upon CoE to condemn Russian annexation of Ukraine. “First of all, we shall condemn annexation, then call upon Russia to withdraw to allow other countries make their free choice, even mistaken but free”. He evaluated the statement by Putin on dissolution of Soviet Union. “Putin said: people, who don’t regret dissolution of Soviet Union, have no heart, and who regret – have a head. He might mean that he has a head and has not a heart. I can continue this questionable metaphoric line but the people, who annex other countries, have neither head nor heart, nor eyes and calendar, as it’s XXI century and not XVIII”.
