Chair of the Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Committee Maia Bitadze attended an award ceremony honoring employees of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture system who have accumulated fifty or more years of uninterrupted professional service.

Addressing the invited guests, Maia Bitadze expressed her gratitude for their significant contribution to the development of the sector.

“For me, as Chair of the Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Committee, it is a great honor to participate in an event recognizing individuals who have devoted half a century to a field that has endured considerable challenges. Today’s ceremony clearly demonstrates how truly valued you are—people who, for decades, have served Georgia with continuous dedication and a high level of professionalism. I wish you continued success and hope that future generations will share the same love for the field, commitment, and resilience that distinguish you”, - the Committee Chair stated.

Maia Bitadze, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Davit Songhulashvili, Minister of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs Mikheil Sarjveladze, and Minister of Regional Development Kakhaber Guledani, personally presented awards to employees whose professional careers span several decades.
