The Chair of the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee, Mikheil Sarjveladze participated in the 3rd meeting of the Global Commission of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) held in Cascais, Portugal.

The meeting was dedicated to deliberating the draft report on the Rule of Law concept in Europe, to be further submitted to the 6th Committee of the UN General Assembly.

M. Sarjveladze is a member of the Commission since January 10, 2023.

The Commission has been set up with the EPLO initiative with the task to develop the global rule of law comprehensive vision and values through the inter-nation dialogue and sharing expert knowledge.

The cooperation with the Commission is backed by the Regional Representative of the EPLO, Ambassador Ioseb Nanobashvili.
