The meeting in the Parliament presided by the Head of the OSCE PA Committee on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions and the Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Georgian Parliament, Nikoloz Samkharadze was dedicated to the consideration of the plans of the OSCE PA Committee on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions; N. Samkharadze hosted the Deputy Chair of the OSCE PA Committee, Farah Karimi and the Rapporteur, Johan Buser.

The meeting was as well attended by the OSCE PA representatives.

“I represent the Chair of the hereof Committee to the OSCE PA and hence, we assemble in Georgia today to facilitate the Committee leadership outline the plans and activities for the upcoming year to be undertaken in the OSCE PA at the winter and annual sessions”, - N. Samkharadze stated.

The OSCE PA Committee on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions works on the issues related to the potential threats in humanitarian and human rights terms.
