Nino Tsilosani, Chairperson of the Permanent Parliamentary Gender Equality Council, met with the representatives of the IFES Technical Election Assessment Mission to discuss the ongoing activities within the framework of the cooperation and dwell on the plans for future partnership.

"The International Foundation for Electoral Systems is one of the Gender Equality Council's most valuable partners, with whom we collaborate on a variety of projects. Although political empowerment of women is often one of the important themes in the pre-election period, this group focuses on the electoral process and election administration. As a result, we've planned various events with them, and we've met with officials from the organization's central office to address these difficulties and go through all of the plans or activities we've done together in detail”, - Nino Tsilosani stated after the meeting.
