The Speaker, H.E. Shalva Papuashvili held an introductory meeting with the Ambassador of Turkey, H.E. Fatma Ceren Yazgan.

The parties discussed the bilateral relations, inter-Parliamentary cooperation and trade-economic cooperation, as well as the agendas of the two countries, the situation in the region, security challenges in Eastern Europe and the priorities of the Speaker.

The parties touched upon the enhancement of economic cooperation and the business milieu in Georgia.

The Speaker thanked the Ambassador for the intact support of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia and her merit in the enhancement of the bilateral relations.
