The Parliament discussed with the III reading and adopted with 86 votes against 1 the Draft Organic Law on National Bank.

The changes empower the Bank to establish the rule of protection of the rights of the customers, including the provision of information for the representative of a financial sector and the loan issuer subject upon providing the services.

At that, deriving from the authorities stipulated for the Bank, the NB upon adherence to the requirements prescribed under the Law on Rights of Consumers, shall be entitled to issue the legal acts, undertake respective remedies, issue written directives, and establish additional requirements, restrictions and/or sanctions.
