The Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili to report to the Parliament within the Session
Based on the decree of the Bureau, the PM Irakli Garibashvili will report to the Parliament about the Governmental Program in the last week of the spring session.
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure, the report will be submitted in writing.
“In line with the approaches and the reforming agenda provided in the Governmental Program, the Government of Georgia keeps enhancement of the democratic principles, restoration of territorial integrity, rapid economic growth and provision of the social welfare”, - the document provides.
The report includes 4 key directions to restore the pandemic-related aggravations: foreign policy, security, conflict resolution and human rights; economic development; social policy and human capital; and state administration.
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure, the report will be further discussed according to the procedure of consideration of the Bills with the I reading.
As the Bureau noted, this week, on Friday MPs will hear the Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili within the Ministerial Hour.
