The Committee discussed the termination of the credentials ahead of time for MP David Sergeenko.

As the Chair of the Committee, Irakli Kadagishvili clarified, pursuant to the Constitution of Georgia and the Rules of Procedure, the MP credentials shall be terminated on the basis of the absence of a certain MP at over a half of the regular plenary sessions, and since MP D. Sergeenko failed to attend 25 out of 32 regular sessions during the spring session 2023, the Committee considered it expedient to terminate his credentials ahead of time and endorsed the respective conclusion.
