The Committee approved the early termination of the MP Powers for Mikheil Sarjveladze.

The hereof decision has been introduced to the agenda on the occasion of the appointment of M. Sarjveladze as the Minister of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Protection, which, pursuant to the Constitution of Georgia and the Parliamentary Rules of Procedure, is a position incompatible with the status of the Member of Parliament.

MPs approved the conclusion to be further submitted to the plenary session.
