The Member of the Faction “Alliance of Patriots – Social-Democrats”, the Vice-Speaker Irma Inashvili dedicated the briefing to the Parliamentary Elections 2020.

She responded to the pre-election forecast by Irakli Kobakhidze and echoed the position of her political team. “We have heard the statement made by Mr. Kobakhidze that allegedly “Georgian Dream” will enjoy 60% of the votes, “National Movement” will get 20% in total for the both teams and the remaining 20% will be shared by other opposition parties. Well, let me clearly declare that “Georgian Dream” will neither get 60% nor 45% as mentioned by Mr. Kobakhidze the day before”, - she noted.

With this statement, Irakli Kobakhidze responded to the statement by Bokeria about the political amnesty. “I would like to directly tell “Georgian Dream”, Irakli Kobakhidze and others that the forecast they have introduced to the society in fact is misleading used by the party to affect the society. That is why I would like to tell “Georgian Dream” to abstain from “gaining” 60% in the elections in 2020 and “granting” 20% to the political groups of Saakashvili and Bokeria. Otherwise, the Patriots of Georgia and Georgian people will plot the real revolution as the real protest and true response of Georgian people to the election returns so preliminarily disclosed by Mr. Kobakhidze”, - she stressed.
