The meeting of Ilia Nakashidze with the officers of the Public Healthcare Center of Adjara AR

The Vice Speaker, Ilia Nakashidze met with the officers of the Public Healthcare Center of Adjara AR.

The Director of the Center, Rusudan Shavishvili introduced the structure, functions, challenges and monitoring of the Center.

She emphasized following directions:

  • Measles epidemic and non-scheduled vaccinations in Adjara – outcomes and problems;
  • Zero TB initiative and TB, HCV and HIV integrated screening in Adjara;
  • Lead study outcomes and state strategy development.

I. Nakashidze pledged to assist the Center in programs and for better promotion on the Governmental level.
