The meeting of the Chair of Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee with the Ambassador of Turkey

The Chair of the Committee, Zurab Tkemaladze met with the Turkish Ambassador, Zeki Levent Gümrükçü. The meeting was asked by the Ambassador.

The Parties considered bilateral relations and exchanged opinions. As Zurab Tkemaladze stated, Turkey is the number one trade partner of Georgia and thus, there are lots of important issues of cooperation to be jointly discussed.

The Ambassador raised the initiative for the joint Committee hearing in Batumi or Istanbul. The initiative was supported. The meeting was attended by MP, Giorgi Topadze.
