The meeting of the Chair of Sector Economy and Economic Policy, Zurab Tkemaladze with the Azerbaijani Delegation

The Chair of the Committee, the Head of Georgia-Azerbaijan Friendship Group, Zurab Tkemaladze held the introductory meeting with the Chair of Azerbaijani World Congress.

The parties spoke about Georgia-Azerbaijan partnership in energy, economic and other spheres, discussed the problems of Azerbaijani population of Georgia. As Z. Tkemaladze stated, Georgian Government takes care of the citizens and tries to gradually overcome the problems.

The parties expressed concern about terrorist act in Turkey causing casualties. The meeting was attended by MP, Ali Mamedov, Tartu University Professor, and the Head of Azerbaijani Youth Union of Georgia, Leila Mamedova.
