The Chair of the Faction “Georgian Dream –Entrepreneurs”, Simon Nozadze met with the members of the Education, Science and Culture Committee of the Youth Parliament and discussed education system of Georgia and respective problems.

Youth are to hold the students conference on December 10 where the Committees will introduce the recommendations. The Education Committee members have two recommendations developed which they discussed with S. Nozadze.

The students presume that high qualification of the pedagogues and annulment of the tutors shall serve as one of the directions for improvement of the education system, which is related to high quality academic achievements in schools.

The second direction is a differentiated teaching. It would be preferable to establish the differentiated method in the IX-XII grades to allow the pupils select the subjects they are most interested in. The parties touched upon modern education problems, school life, teachers’ qualification etc. S. Nozadze approved the interest of youth and left the topics for the conference up to the youth to select.

“I hail you decision to thing and care about the secondary education problems. I am glad to see you motivated. Both issues you mentioned are important. It would be better you let you discuss and decide yourselves about preference of the issue to include into the conference agenda on December 10”, - he noted.
