The Parliamentary Secretary of the President, Giorgi Mskhiladze nominated Natia Turnava for the vacant position of the Member of the Board of the National Bank to the Committee and briefly overviewed her biography.

Natia Turnava introduced her vision and the priorities directed to the successful activity of the Bank in case of her election; and answered the questions.

“The first key priority envisages the strategic task of the Bank – mitigation of inflation, maintenance of the financial sustainability and stability; and the second includes innovations, new digital technologies platforms, new startups, and the third envisages the capital market reform, I intend to be engaged in within my experience and competences”, - she stated.

The Committee approved her candidacy. The final decision will be made at the plenary session.
