The members of the Parliament observed a moment of silence during the opening plenary of the spring session in remembrance of the late member Vakhtang Kikabidze.

The Speaker, H.E. Shalva Papuashvili, remarked that Vakhtang Kikabidze's name will have a lasting emotional impact on society.

"We are beginning the spring session without one of our colleagues, Vakhtang Kikabidze, who has been much missed by society and is emotionally attached to many of us. This emotion will linger in our society for a very long time”, - Shalva Papuashvili stated.
