Chair of the Culture Committee Giorgi Gabunia met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Georgia, Walid Abu Haya.

During the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral relations between Georgia and Israel, as well as ongoing developments and current challenges at the global level.

"During the meeting, we expressed our readiness to further deepen cooperation between our two countries in the field of culture. We also discussed the challenges facing both Georgia and the State of Israel. We exchanged our respective perspectives and experiences on how our two nations can address the challenges and complexities confronting the world today”, - said Giorgi Gabunia following the meeting.
