The First Vice-Speaker, the Chair of the Interim Commission on Territorial Integrity, Giorgi Volski held a meeting with the Head of the Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Anne Montavon and the Envoy of the ICRC for the Missing Persons in the Caucasus, Agnes Coutou.

The parties discussed the productive years of cooperation.

“At the meeting, we deliberated and summed up our cooperation directed to the reinternment of the cadaveric bodies of the persons missing and fallen during the war in the 90s. As a result, our collaboration brought some relief to many families to have the body of their family member back and buried. We dwelt on further cooperation between the state structures and the Red Cross in respective directions. They also keep communication and cooperate with the de facto governments of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region”, - G. Volski stated.
