As part of his visit to Armenia, a member of the Sports and Youth Issues Committee assigned to the youth direction, Givi Mikanadze, learned about the entrepreneurial endeavors and outcomes that were launched with assistance from young social startups funded by the European Union and carried out by Mercy Corps in the cities of Dilijan and Vanadzor.
Participating in the visit and exchanging experiences with young Armenian entrepreneurs are representatives of the Georgian Youth Agency and youth social enterprises. Visits are scheduled to the Marneuli, Rustavi, and Tbilisi youth social enterprises funded by the same project in Georgia.
In addition to visiting and exchanging experiences with young Armenian entrepreneurs, representatives of the Georgian Youth Agency and youth social enterprises also participate in the tour. The same project will support young social enterprises in Marneuli, Rustavi, and Tbilisi.
The Mercy Corps project Social Entrepreneurship in Armenia and Georgia coordinated the visit to Armenia as part of the EU4Youth program.
