
The national flag was lowered on the Georgian Parliament building to honor the memory of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident in the occupied Gali territory, in the village of Saberio.
In accordance with a government decree signed by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, January 9 of this year was declared a day of mourning.
On this day of mourning, state flags were lowered across the entire territory of Georgia.
