The Chair of the Sports Committee, Irakli Medzmariashvili held a meeting with the Parliamentary Delegation of Turkmenistan and deliberated on the cooperation prospects in the sports sphere.

“At the meeting, we discussed the sports-related issues. Our Turkmenistani colleagues attach high attention to the development of mass sport. Turkmenistan is a model country in the establishment of a healthy lifestyle. I offered to our colleagues to organize joint training in Georgia, which was approved. We agreed on further cooperation”, - I. Medzmariashvili noted.

The training visit of the Parliamentary Delegation of Turkmenistan is served within the USAID Governance Support Program.
