According to him, the Agreement was signed on March 30 and envisages the allocation of 358,500.000 EURO with the term of 27,5 years, where 12,5 years are preferential. The program aims at the efficiency and inclusiveness of the human capital provision system in Georgia. Within the objective, the program envisages the reforms in the sectors as follows: education, healthcare and social protection.

The program is assigned to the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education and Science, and the Ministry of IDPs, Labor, Health and Social Protection.

The Committee unanimously approved the document and discussed the Draft Labor Code submitted by NGO “Round Table-Free Caucasus” (Maka Mindiashvili), and the Draft Labor Code submitted by Gender Equality Council of Telavi Municipality (Tengiz Mtvarelishvili). The first Draft envisages the establishment of certain regulations for the business by the state, and the second envisages the declaration of June 1 as a day off. The Committee rejected the Drafts.
