The Chair of the Regional Policy and Self-Government Committee, Kakha Kakhishvili and the Majority MPs met with the Parliamentary Delegation of Turkmenistan and deliberated on the Georgia-Turkmenistan cooperation.

Special emphasis was placed on the trade-economic relations.

“Our Turkmenistani colleagues asked about the municipal reform. It is imperative to further enhance the economic and financial relations between our countries within the friendly meetings”, - K. Kakhishvili noted.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chair of the Regional Committee, Merab Kvaraia; Committee member, Shota Khabareli; and the Deputy Chair of the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee, Levan Mgaloblishvili.
