The Vice-Speaker, Levan Ioseliani met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Georgia, Ran Gidor to discuss the historical, friendly relations between Georgia and Israel and the ways and prospects for further deepening of these ties.

"We received information from the Ambassador about the new political reality in Israel. For my part, I provided information on the planned reforms in the current electoral and judicial system. I expressed the hope that, just as with regard to the elections, we will achieve fundamental changes in the judiciary through action. The Ambassador was also interested in the role and activities of the opposition parties in the Parliament of Georgia, about which I also provided relevant information”, - L. Ioseliani remarked.
