The plenary sitting of the spring session of the Parliament was opened with the State Anthem of Georgia.

In accordance with the Constitution of Georgia and the procedure established by the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, parliamentary sessions are held twice a year—spring and autumn.

The spring session opens on the first Tuesday of February and closes on the last Friday of June.
