Nino Burjanadze, Acting President of Georgia, intends to participate in the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the OSCE Countries, which will be held in Maastricht, Netherlands in the coming days. To this meeting Nino Burjanadze is invited as a Vice President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

As noted by Nino Burjanadze, in case the situation unfolding in the country gives her a chance she will necessarily leave for Maastricht, furthermore Colin Powell intends to attend the meeting. The US President Bush assigns great importance to the meeting with Colin Powell, as he has noted during hi telephone conversation with Nino Burjanadze, the Acting President of Georgia.
