Vice Speaker of Parliament Nino Tsilosani met with students from schools in Chokhatauri.

During the meeting, the participants discussed issues that are important and interesting for young people.

“Parliament is actively implementing a project within the framework of which school students are given the opportunity to tour the Parliament building, attend a session in the plenary hall, and meet with Members of Parliament. The meeting was organized on the initiative of the Municipal Council working on women’s and children’s issues, through which we hosted 11th and 12th-grade female students in Parliament. During the meeting, we discussed parliamentarianism, democracy, and the importance of women’s empowerment”, - Nino Tsilosani stated.

The students also toured the Parliament building and the Ekvtime Takaishvili Museum of Georgian Parliamentarianism.
