The Draft Law on the Fight against Corruption, introduced for the III reading, was adopted with 85 votes.

The Draft was introduced by Chair of the Legal Affairs Committee, Archil Gorduladze.

According to him, the amendments envisage that the former officials, convicted of financial or official misconduct, shall, after the enactment of the judgment, submit the financial declarations for 30 years.

“It is yet another example of the prevention of the corruption crimes”, - the reporter stated.
