
During the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Spring Session, the Georgian Parliamentary Delegation, led by Givi Mikanadze, held a bilateral meeting with the Romanian Parliamentary Delegation.
The discussion focused on the evolving security environment in the Black Sea region, the impact of Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine, and the broader implications for regional stability. Delegation members also exchanged views on the domestic developments in both Romania and Georgia and explored areas of bilateral cooperation.
The meeting was attended by members of Georgia’s delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly: Chair of the European Integration Committee Levan Makhashvili and First Deputy Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee Mariam Lashkhi.
