The Speaker, H.E. Shalva Papuashvili met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, H.E. Ihor Dolhov.

The Ambassador provided the Speaker with detailed information on the current events in Ukraine.

The importance of an effective and resilient response from the international community, as well as coordinated cooperation, was highlighted.

According to the Speaker, Georgia strongly supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and the Georgian nation stands by the brotherly Ukrainian people.

The Ambassador thanked the Speaker for his support.
