To discuss the accomplishment of the 12 recommendations set by the European Union for Georgia, representatives of the parliamentary opposition met with the members of the delegation of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament.
The key message of the MEPs was that the opposition should actively participate in all of the formats where the 12-point plan is being worked on, according to the Vice Speaker of the Parliament and member of the political group "Citizens", Levan Ioseliani.
"The only proper course of action is for the opposition to refrain from providing "Georgian Dream" with a justification for accusing them of failing to adhere to the 12 recommendations. The 12 points should be jointly addressed at the table, and if somebody fails to do so, we should also make this information public”, - Levan Ioseliani noted.
Together with the non-attached MPs, the meeting was attended by: the faction "United National Movement", representatives of political groups - "Lelo - Partnership for Georgia", "Citizens", "Girchi", "Reforms Group" and "European Socialists".
