I believe that the state shall do its best to maximally involve children in education, sports, healthy life-style to prevent them from criminal. It needs reforming. We have unprecedented progress in the juvenile department, and I would like to thank the Minister, Deputy Minister and the Staff for their hard work and devotion to creation of dignified conditions for the children. Naturally, it is the result of the reforming launched since 2012. We have supported the drafts improving conditions for the children. Though, we have no alternative way. Every child shall be protected from penitentiary system”, - she stated.
