“We have our agenda and our formats – it was the State Constitutional Commission, this is public consideration and it will be the Parliament of Georgia. These are the formats we will discuss all the issues related to the Constitution and the rational decisions on each Articles will be made on this basis”, - the Speaker echoed the statement of the former Speaker, David Usupashvili regarding the electoral system.
